KLEERSTREAM VAULT

An underground unit, utilized either as a stand-alone "In-Line" device or as an "Off-Line" device. Vaults can accommodate more than one inlet pipe, even if placed at varying heights, (minimum of 12-inches above the outlet pipe). Vaults can be configured so that they retain a portion of the discharges so as not to overwhelm the off-site drainage systems during heavy rain events. Due to the efficiency of our proprietary filtration media(s) vaults can be up to 60% smaller than competing products, saving valuable land for other, more profitable uses for the Developer. ALL OF OUR UNDERGROUND VAULTS ARE BUILT USING CAL-TRANS SPECIFICATIONS D-80 & D-82. AND ARE H-20 LOAD RATED, (100,000 pounds).

Filtration occurs at 0.085 Cfs per s/f of media bed surface area, i.e. a 10' x 8' vault = 6.8 Cfs

KLEENSPOUT VAULTS
Originally designed these for the North Student Housing Complex at the University of San Diego, they solved so many problems it became one of our best selling units. Instead of those big, ugly, downspout filters hanging all over the outside of the building, these are small underground units with one common discharge line for all the roof / area drains. The KLEENSPOUT provides full capture & filtration while insuring safe pedestrian pathways.
Filtration occurs at 0.65 Cfs per s/f, i.e. a 4' x 4' vault = 10.4 Cfs
KLEENSWALE VAULTS
A small vault placed alongside the curb to capture smaller discharge volumes and, unlike most units that discharge into a storm drainage system, they discharge into vegetated swales along the perimeter of the property. A typical vault measures about 4'L x 4'W with a 3' Curb Inlet Opening.
Filtration occurs at 0.65 Cfs per s/f media bed surface area, i.e. a 3' x 3' vault = 5.85 Cfs
